Uncle Ty and Mr. Serious

While Dan and Nicolas were inside the Convention Center, gorging themselves on more Comic Convention, Ty, lil G, and I walked around outside in Freeway Park. I'd never seen anything like this place - a beautiful park built right in the middle of an urban area - right next to the freeway! Gavin had a great time running around and watching the waterfall while Ty and I chased behind. I prided myself on actually knowing the names of a few of the plants growing in the park. I like to think of myself as a budding gardener with a green thumb in development.
